Transformed People

Raise the value of all aspects of spiritual formation and pursue effective means of empowering that growth.

Raise the value of a love for the Bible and pursue effective means of empowering biblical literacy.

Empower authentic relationships and community within and through our congregation.

Systematically equip and train people for the work of the ministry both inside the congregation and through the congregation in the larger community.

Cultivate worship experiences that provide attenders an opportunity to have a real encounter with God and be transformed by it.

Foster a culture of lay leadership development, both inside and outside of the congregation.

Raise the value of reconciliation, unity, and diversity on all levels, both within our congregation and through our congregation to the larger community.

Consistently emphasize and utilize the new scorecard by celebrating real transformation stories.

Transform the World

Raise the value that “lost people matter to God” and consistently demonstrate that value in a lifestyle of hospitality and generosity.

Enhance the effective welcoming of all guests in a culture of inclusion.

Maximize the use of the church campus for the whole community.

Raise the value of the local and global “mission of God” and consistently demonstrate that value in word and deed.

Raise the value of authentic relationships with neighbors in the surrounding community and consistently demonstrate that value through meaningful service.

Be alert to effective partnerships that will advance the mission of God in all areas of the community.
