Kingdom Communities
New Community Church places a high value on every participant being "in community." We refer to these smaller communities as "Kingdom Communities" that reflect three key elements:
- The Centrality of Jesus - our fellowship and service is around the person of Jesus Christ; everything is intented to reflect the nature and extend the influence of his rule among us.
- Relational Intentionality - authentic relationships almost never happen accidently; they must be intentional. The quality of our relationships should reflect the "one another" qualities of life in the New Testament church.
- Being on Mission Together - as individual Jesus followers and a faith community we are here to share in the mission of God in our larger community. For that reason, an important aspect of our fellowship is to find meaningful, relevant ways to serve together.
